Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and other Utah-based roles. Source candidates through referrals, outbound recruiting, and creative strategies; partner with founders and leadership on high-priority hires, quality of hire, and team scaling. Provide market trends and hiring data, lead recruiting initiatives end to end, and serve as a strategic partner to the talent team and hiring leaders.

Leads and scales Broccoli’s Technical Success function, managing a technical support team and serving as the bridge between customers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Establishes escalation frameworks, SLAs, ticket routing, incident processes, documentation, metrics, and feedback loops. Partners on complex customer issues, translates technical problems into actionable solutions, develops team expertise, and drives scalable processes and product improvements in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment.

Support the CEO by managing calendars, inboxes, communications, meeting preparation, domestic and international travel, offsites, retreats, board meetings, and company events. Track action items, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare high-stakes materials, and serve as a trusted gatekeeper. The role requires autonomy, discretion, strong writing, anticipation of needs, and composure in a fast-changing startup environment.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic thought partner and cross-functional operator. Lead ambiguous special projects, coordinate initiatives across engineering, go-to-market, finance, and people teams, maintain leadership operating cadence, improve internal processes, and prepare board and investor materials. The role also tracks priorities, ensures follow-through, supports executive decision-making, and helps scale the company’s operating systems.

Build Broccoli’s private equity relationship engine across home services, developing connections with GPs, operating partners, and value creation teams. Partner with the CEO on strategic relationships, tailor AI value creation and EBITDA narratives, convert conversations into qualified opportunities, and lead the company’s events strategy. The role requires executive presence, analytical and commercial judgment, strong networking skills, and comfort creating structure in a fast-moving startup environment.

Build and lead Broccoli's marketing organization, owning brand positioning, product marketing (GTM, messaging, launches), demand gen, digital marketing, and storytelling. Partner with Sales, Product, and Ops to tie marketing to business outcomes and scale the team and playbook.

Provide technical, customer-facing support for AI agents and platform integrations; troubleshoot logs, SQL, and call/messaging workflows; escalate bugs to Engineering; improve support processes and documentation; work with customers from SMB to enterprise.

Lead product prioritization and execution for AI-driven tools that automate contractor front-office tasks. Partner with customers to discover automation opportunities, define specs, and work with engineering and design to launch AI agents integrated with systems like ServiceTitan.
