Own the company-wide analytics function, defining metrics, reporting, revenue analytics, experimentation, dashboards, and data governance. Build and lead the analytics team while partnering with executives, product, growth, finance, and engineering. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; own data privacy compliance (DPDP, GDPR); advise on IP and open-source; support corporate matters including fundraising and governance; guide product and engineering on AI and user-data legal issues; build templates and processes; manage external counsel and track evolving AI/tech regulations.

Lead a technical support team for an AI-driven SaaS product, build scalable support processes and automation, monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction, collaborate with engineering to resolve recurring issues, mentor staff, and own support tooling, metrics, and knowledge base strategy.

Secure and harden a multi-tenant, AI-driven execution environment: design sandboxing and isolation, defend containers and cloud infra (AWS/GCP), implement runtime detection, integrate logging/SIEM, and protect CI/CD and supply chain for AI-generated code.

Manage investor communications and engagement, prepare investor and board materials, support fundraising and diligence, track financial and operating metrics, maintain investor CRM and cap table data, coordinate meetings and responses, and perform ad-hoc business analysis to ensure accurate, timely investor-facing information.

Work directly with founders on strategy, growth, and operations: analyze usage and sales signals, define success metrics, run experiments, build tracking processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

Support the Head of Marketing across social, content, community, events, email, partnerships, and SEO. Create and execute channel-specific materials, engage communities, attend events, and build AI tools/automations to scale marketing work. Identify and fix growth opportunities, iterate quickly, and use agentic AI tooling in daily workflows.

Own end-to-end retention and existing-subscriber revenue: measure churn/LTV, diagnose drivers, design long-term retention strategy, run experiments and campaigns with cross-functional teams, manage retention P&L, and report performance to leadership.

Support community operations and ambassador program: run event pages and on-site logistics, manage Discord/Facebook groups, handle member support, capture content, maintain trackers and dashboards, source and onboard city ambassadors, and help scale global event playbooks.
