Drive strategic direction and execution for SaaS product initiatives serving healthcare and emergency services. Define roadmap, prioritize backlog, translate strategy into user stories, engage customers and stakeholders, measure success metrics, and support go-to-market and cross-functional delivery in an Agile environment.

Create and maintain user-focused product documentation and learning resources for software products.
