Supports cybersecurity compliance, governance, and risk management programs across frameworks including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Responsibilities include maintaining audit documentation, coordinating assessments, testing controls, tracking remediation, managing risk registers and vendor assessments, validating AWS and Azure controls, supporting customer due diligence, and coordinating cross-functional compliance initiatives. Designs, implements, and supports AI assistants, agents, automations, retrieval-based solutions, and enterprise application enhancements. Partners with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into solution designs, test and monitor deployments, optimize prompts and knowledge sources, and measure outcomes. Supports enterprise application administration, integrations, access controls, governance, troubleshooting, documentation, and responsible AI practices while collaborating with business, security, compliance, vendors, and IT teams.

Provide first-line application support for ImageTrend products: troubleshoot issues via phone/email/chat, track and escalate tickets within SLAs, communicate updates to customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, test/duplicate reported problems, and attend occasional travel for events or onboarding.

Deliver and coordinate technical customer implementations and integrations for ImageTrend solutions. Manage implementation schedules, document requirements and progress, provide onsite and virtual training, maintain client relationships, hand off to Support, and contribute to documentation and departmental processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend industry events as needed. Travel up to 10%.

Leads multiple complex technical programs and strategic initiatives across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, security, architecture, and business teams. Develops roadmaps, governance processes, delivery plans, KPIs, executive reporting, and risk-management frameworks. Coordinates dependencies, resources, releases, and stakeholder communications throughout the SDLC. Champions Agile practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while translating technical issues into business recommendations. The role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires travel of up to 10%.

Lead ImageTrend's federal market strategy and drive revenue growth across federal agencies by managing full sales lifecycle for enterprise SaaS. Build executive relationships, navigate federal procurement, pursue multi-year opportunities, coordinate cross-functional proposal and contracting efforts, and provide market intelligence to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
