Provides on-site administrative and clerical support for the Finance department, including reception, phone management, filing, mail processing, document preparation, office equipment operation, and assistance with accounts payable billing functions. Serves as a communication liaison between company offices and maintains organized manual and electronic records.

Designs, develops, integrates, and administers internal IT platforms including service desk, ManageEngine, IT Glue, and asset management systems. Builds automations and API integrations for onboarding, ticket routing, and compliance evidence collection using Azure and on-premises technologies. Supports hybrid Azure environments, identity management, secure data flows, CI/CD, and cybersecurity and NERC CIP compliance. Collaborates with security and compliance teams to improve controls, auditability, and operational efficiency.

Provide legal support for energy generation and infrastructure projects by drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts (PPAs, EPC, O&M, interconnection, APAs, NDAs). Support M&A, joint ventures, project finance, due diligence, post-closing integration, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance (FERC, environmental, permits). Monitor regulatory developments, train teams on contract and compliance matters, and manage outside counsel to ensure efficiency and budget discipline.

Lead preparation of US GAAP financial statements, manage project-level accounting from development through sale, oversee budgeting, cash forecasting, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance. Build and lead the accounting team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support due diligence and board reporting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and capitalization across a multi-project renewable energy portfolio.

Provide high-level executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting and board event planning, document preparation, and polished communications. Anticipate needs, manage priorities, troubleshoot issues, and track follow-up to ensure executives and board are well-prepared and organized.

The coordinator will ensure compliance with EH&S protocols at hydroelectric sites, lead safety training, manage inspections, and develop safety policies.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring for civil, mechanical, and electrical projects at hydroelectric facilities while collaborating with various teams.
