Plan, create, schedule, and publish social content for Inter-Con Security and PNTC across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Capture and edit photos/videos, design assets in Canva, manage content calendar and scheduling tools, monitor engagement, produce analytics reports, support recruiting and events, and ensure brand and client compliance.

Lead global tax strategy and compliance across federal, multi-state, and international jurisdictions. Manage transfer pricing, BEAT and Pillar Two, payroll-related credits (WOTC), income tax accounting (ASC 740/IAS 12), audits, and tax risk. Build and lead the corporate tax team, partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external advisors, and drive tax technology, process automation, and policy for a large, labor-intensive multinational.

Support end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, vendor coordination, inventory and asset management, staging for contract transitions, SOP adherence, and reporting to ensure operational readiness.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations: source, screen, interview, assess, perform background/reference checks, extend offers, and manage candidates in the ATS while partnering with hiring managers.

Manage daily operational staffing and administration for a national security account, lead and inspect field teams, ensure contracts and KPIs are met, serve as client liaison, oversee training and compliance, and report contract performance to senior leadership.

Manage operational quality and contract compliance by supervising staff, establishing schedules and standards, analyzing KPIs and inspection results, producing performance reports, and recommending corrective actions to improve security operations.

Supervise security shift operations including scheduling, payroll and invoicing oversight, attendance and disciplinary tracking, hiring/onboarding, training, compliance, investigations, report auditing, and frequent communication with supervisors and department heads to ensure contract and client requirements are met.

Monitor physical security systems, triage and escalate incidents, support response efforts, document events in ticketing systems, assist with badge and visitor management, and coordinate with on-site teams and GSOC leadership to maintain safety and incident readiness.
