Operate and optimize Recom's outbound engine by managing the agency, building and refining email/LinkedIn/phone campaigns, and converting responses into qualified, booked meetings. Qualify leads to ICP, hand off meetings with full context, own performance metrics, and work closely with the CMO and executive team to improve targeting, message quality, and pipeline growth.

Support sales by providing Amazon marketplace technical expertise, analyze storefronts and listings, design custom growth strategies, present data-driven opportunities, address technical questions, and feedback product and leadership teams to drive partner growth.
