Provides bilingual English and French frontline technical support through calls, chats, and tickets. Troubleshoots hosting, domain, email, DNS, and SSL issues; documents resolutions; escalates complex cases to T2; creates runbooks and customer resources; identifies recurring problems; and participates in specialized projects.

Convert inbound leads into customers and build lasting client relationships through phone, chat, email, tickets, and lead platforms. Recommend hosting, domain, and email solutions; explain technical concepts clearly; develop tailored onboarding strategies; negotiate contracts and facilitate payments.
