Assess deals against investor mandates, organize pools for securitization, lead investor updates, recommend process improvements leveraging Excel and AI tools, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

The Regional Manager will cultivate partnerships, navigate lending processes, execute field operations, facilitate deal flow, and drive regional funding targets.
