The Data Scientist will design and develop NLP and NER models, validate ML models, and ensure compliance for AI solutions, focusing on unstructured data processing.

Design, develop, test, and sustain cloud-based full-stack applications and Spring Boot microservices. Implement front-end React apps, Java back-end APIs, integrate diverse data stores, build CI/CD pipelines, support releases and on-call operations, and provide technical leadership within Agile teams.

Support Agile development and government test & evaluation activities by executing manual and automated tests, developing test plans and cases from requirements, collecting and analyzing test data, documenting results and defects, coordinating integrated T&E efforts, and supporting release-readiness and regression testing.

Support government test and evaluation in an Agile environment: analyze requirements, develop and execute test plans and automated tests (functional, API, regression, performance, accessibility, end-to-end), collect and analyze test data, document findings and T&E artifacts (TEMP, TRAs, reports), coordinate integrated test events, and integrate testing into Agile/CI/CD development.

Modernize a legacy operational system using microservices. Develop and deliver software in Agile, author and run manual and automated tests (Cucumber, Playwright), and perform load, performance, chaos, functional, and end-to-end testing. Work with CI/CD, containerization, and collaborate with stakeholders. Requires active Top Secret/SCI with NSA full-scope polygraph and relevant degree/experience.

Design, develop, integrate, and deploy Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS-native services, REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and MongoDB in an Agile environment. Participate in code/design reviews, sprint activities, troubleshooting, and an on-call rotation.

Execute manual and automated test cases, develop test plans and procedures from requirements, collect and analyze test data, document results and defects, support regression and release-readiness, coordinate with government and external test organizations, and integrate testing within Agile teams using test-management tools.

Design, develop, and maintain Java- and Python-based, API-centric integration services in AWS. Build cloud-native components (Lambda, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB), troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, support monitoring and on-call rotations, review merge requests, document findings, and participate in Agile/Scrum activities while taking end-to-end ownership of integration components.

Support Cyber Command elements by analyzing and triaging cyber-relevant technical data, using analyst tools to identify mission-relevant information, applying cyber policy and doctrine, coordinating with technical/operational/intelligence stakeholders, and developing findings and recommendations to enable cyber operations.

Develop and maintain Python-based tools and APIs to retrieve, process, aggregate, and analyze complex mission datasets. Apply AI/ML to optimize workflows, automate data-processing pipelines, produce geospatial visualizations, and build reusable analytical capabilities while collaborating with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders.
