Lead end-to-end product certification for optical transceivers, ensuring compliance with EMC, safety, RoHS, WEEE, GR468 and international standards. Manage lab relationships and scheduling, prepare certification documentation, track regulatory changes, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and external labs. Work may require shift flexibility and independent project ownership.

Manage international logistics, supply chain, procurement, and end-to-end import/export operations. Oversee customs clearance, trade documentation, Incoterms compliance, India-specific STPI and bonding processes, purchase orders, shipments, vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Develop SOPs, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with finance, production, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-efficient movement of goods.

Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction programs from concept and prototyping through pilot manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional global teams, manage risks and milestones, ensure design transfer and manufacturing readiness, maintain program documentation and tracking, and drive continuous improvement in program practices.

Lead supplier strategy and sourcing for silicon photonics, advanced packaging, and optical components. Own supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, cost optimization, risk mitigation, NPI-to-HVM transitions, and supplier performance management. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to align supply with product roadmaps and scale manufacturing.

Build a pre-silicon SystemC/TLM-2.0 virtual platform (ISS-backed MCU, peripherals, UCIe transactor) that runs real firmware. Perform architecture and performance modeling (latency, throughput, buffer sizing), deliver golden reference and behavioral mixed-signal/analog models for DV, and partner with FE architects and firmware leads to align models, RTL, and firmware for early bring-up.

Design, develop, test, and debug embedded firmware in C for ARM 32-bit microcontrollers. Implement device drivers, RTOS integration, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet). Collaborate with hardware, DSP, and software teams, manage build environments and makefiles, participate in design reviews, and deliver features for networking and optical semiconductor products.

Lead front-end micro-architecture and own the high-speed datapath connecting UCIe to the optical front end. Define RTL coding/CDC standards, timing- and floorplan-aware partitioning, clock/reset and low-power schemes, verification expectations, DFT/debug hooks, and IP integration. Mentor and grow the front-end team and collaborate with backend, DV, and modeling leads to achieve multi-hundred-Gbps physical closure and verifiable architectures.

Lead power integrity architecture and analysis for 2.5D/3D heterogeneous packages integrating electrical and photonic ICs. Perform PDN modeling, simulation, lab validation, component selection, and cross-functional co-design to minimize noise, IR drop, and reliability risks for AI/HPC accelerators through sign-off to production.

Lead front-end micro-architecture and own the high-speed datapath connecting UCIe to the optical engine. Define RTL/CDC/lint/DFT methodology, timing- and floorplan-aware partitioning, clock/reset and low-power strategy, verification/coverage expectations, and mentor the front-end design team.

Lead development and support of flip chip assembly for silicon photonics, including DOE, material qualification, reliability validation, failure analysis, SPC, and NPI documentation to improve yield and manufacturability.
