Lead GC AI's EMEA expansion from zero-to-one: own regional revenue, close enterprise deals, hire and lead sales and cross-functional teams, drive localized marketing and demand generation, and implement scalable sales processes and KPIs to build a repeatable European business.

Generate and qualify outbound leads via cold calling, emailing, texting, and social selling. Nurture prospects, partner with Account Executives, contribute to outbound strategy, hit quota, and continuously improve through coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the enterprise product experience: own roadmap from discovery to launch, build enterprise features (SSO, audit logs, RBAC, compliance, custom reporting), partner with Sales and CX, collaborate with engineering and R&D attorneys, define purchase flows and packaging, run product lifecycle (specs, mockups, delivery tracking), and engage with Fortune 500 legal customers to drive adoption and expansion.

Lead consumption-based revenue growth by designing AI workflows for non-attorney business users, partnering with product, engineering, sales and marketing to build, package, and scale workflows, enable GTM motion, drive expansion revenue, and track adoption and usage KPIs.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy GC AI integrations into legal workflows. Develop production-grade API/webhook integrations, troubleshoot deployments, create reference implementations and documentation, and feed product insights back to Engineering to improve the platform. Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.
