Lead design, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital solutions for MGSO Oman. Develop IT strategy, policies, budgets, vendor relationships, support services, and project technology requirements while building an IT team and ensuring business continuity and compliance.

Lead setup and management of the Oman accounting function, ensuring IFRS-compliant financial reporting, statutory compliance, project and construction accounting, internal controls, audits, treasury, consolidation with Regional Finance, and building a local finance team.

The Oman Project Director will lead a project team in delivering a greenfield DRI plant in Oman, focusing on project execution from pre-FID to commissioning, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule integrity.

Develop and maintain the owner's integrated master schedule for a 2.5 Mtpa green DRI/HBI plant from pre‑FID through commissioning. Integrate multi‑party schedules, manage critical path and interfaces, perform schedule risk and earned value analysis, support lender reporting and cost estimating, and align schedule with regulatory and contractual milestones.

Establish and operate the project's electronic document management system, enforce revision control and workflows, log and track incoming/outgoing documents, maintain master register and archives, support approvals and milestone package preparation, provide document retrieval and audit evidence, and manage handover of as-built documentation.
