Process and review accounts payable invoices (vessels, shore overhead, voyage, project), handle AP inquiries, meet service metrics, assist audits, and escalate complex issues to the AP Lead.

Provide 2nd-level support and operations for business applications: gather requirements, create specifications and process maps, manage test environments, design integrations/APIs, champion data quality, build reports/dashboards, onboard vessels, document support procedures, mentor junior IT staff, and coordinate deployments and automation/low-code solutions.
