Supports residential construction project managers with scheduling, progress tracking, meeting coordination, documentation, reporting, project file maintenance, and subcontractor or supplier invoice tracking. The role also follows up on approvals, answers basic vendor questions, assists with expense entry, and archives project closeout documents while collaborating with project managers, site teams, and accounting.

Lead tax compliance and planning for a multi-entity real estate group: review corporate and partnership tax returns, manage foreign and GST/HST reporting, prepare EIFEL calculations, liaise with CRA and external advisors, support audits, and perform month‑end/year‑end accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Mentor junior staff and improve tax controls and processes.

Lead the in-house legal function for construction and real estate development. Provide strategic legal advice, negotiate and manage high-value contracts, advise on Ontario Construction Act issues, manage disputes and external counsel, ensure compliance, and supervise a Law Clerk.
