Provide HR and Health & Safety support for manufacturing operations: lead employee relations and investigations, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, coordinate performance management and HR administration, drive safety leadership, incident investigations, compliance (OHSA, WSIB, AODA), JHSC participation, training, and continuous improvement to maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged workforce.

The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily office operations, manages administrative tasks, supports leadership, and coordinates meetings, travel, and vendor relations.

Supervise daily AP and AR operations, maintain accounting documentation, support month-end close and reconciliations, post journal entries, handle payroll/fixed assets/inventory accounting, assist audits, provide team training and cross-functional accounting support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
