Cérélia, founded in France in 2012, is renowned for its expertise in the production of ready-to-bake dough, including refrigerated doughs (for tarts, pizzas, and viennoiseries), as well as pancakes, waffles, and cookies.
Thanks to sustained organic growth and an ambitious acquisition strategy, Cérélia has become the European market leader within just 10 years.
Today, Cérélia operates 12 production sites, including 9 in Europe (France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, and the United Kingdom) and 3 in North America (Canada and the United States). Its products are distributed in over 50 countries under its own brands, private labels for leading global retailers, and through co-manufacturing partnerships.
