Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware integrating two-way radios, VMS, access control, networks, and I/O. Guide installs, upgrades, reproduce and document issues, maintain support records and knowledgebase, and escalate bugs to Engineering while collaborating with Sales, QA, and Operations to optimize deployments and customer experience.
