Owns technical product delivery from business requirements through production, including backlog management, agile project leadership, client integrations, testing, documentation, reporting, and production support. The role requires payments or banking experience, software development background, API and cloud debugging expertise, client-facing integration skills, and familiarity with payments regulations.

Guide client engineering teams through API integrations from kickoff to production. Configure authentication, webhooks, sandbox environments, and certification; troubleshoot HTTP, payload, signature, idempotency, and asynchronous integration issues; maintain developer documentation, OpenAPI resources, Postman collections, and code samples; validate go-live readiness; and support clients post-launch through escalations, usage monitoring, and technical health checks.

Drive new business for payment services across emerging digital finance and regulated markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex deals; developing senior-level networks; structuring pricing and commercial terms; managing onboarding, renewals, and upsells; attending industry events; and providing market intelligence to inform product, pricing, and risk strategies.
