Supports buy-side and sell-side corporate finance transactions across analysis, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, deal materials and completion. Reviews quality of earnings, working capital, net debt and cash flow, identifies commercial risks, prepares client reports, engages management teams and manages workstreams across multiple transactions. The role also involves client relationship building and contributing to business development.

Process approximately 140 client payrolls end to end across multiple pay cycles. Responsibilities include managing starters, leavers, contractual changes, statutory payments, RTI and year-end submissions, workplace pensions, new payroll and PAYE setup, and liaison with clients, HMRC, and pension providers. The role also involves resolving queries, meeting multiple deadlines, and collaborating with the wider payroll team.

Leads the Private Client and Trust Services team, overseeing personal and trust tax compliance, reviewing returns, and delivering advice on trusts, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, offshore trusts, and international matters. Manages client relationships, HMRC liaison, workflow, billing, quality, recruitment, coaching, and team development. Supports business development, technical marketing, and department growth while maintaining strong utilisation and recovery performance.
