The Dispute Resolution Specialist II manages arbitration cases, evaluates disputes, drafts persuasive briefs, and coordinates information for Independent Dispute Resolutions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM reports and FAIDP/Fusion Analytics dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, SQL/PLSQL and Fast Formulas. Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Security, and integrations teams to validate data, ensure security/compliance (HIPAA, SOX), optimize performance, manage release updates, and maintain documentation and version control.

Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Performance, Learning). Manage security, workflows, releases, integrations, data loads, testing, UAT, compliance (SOX, HIPAA), reporting, and user support while partnering with HR, IT, payroll, and vendors.

Maintain and update provider demographic and network records in the organization's database. Research and input provider data, respond to ad-hoc and telephone inquiries, validate discrepancies, support cross-functional investigations, complete special projects, ensure HIPAA compliance, and meet quality and production goals.

Partner with Finance and HR, manage vendors and budgets, lead delivery teams, and oversee change management, adoption, and talent development.

Process accurate, timely payroll for multi-state employees including deductions, taxes, garnishments, timekeeping, audits, reports, and payroll issue resolution. Support payroll implementations, quarter/year-end tax tasks, HIPAA compliance, and continuous process improvements during a 3–6 month temporary assignment.

Temporary role to review, research, and prepare No Surprise Act client and provider submissions. Perform data entry, claims research, documentation, outreach, and routing while meeting production and quality standards and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The Payroll Manager oversees payroll operations for multi-state employees, ensures accurate payroll processing, manages HRIS, and leads the payroll team while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Execute and document business acceptance tests for systems, AI/ML tools, and automation. Validate workflows (NSA/Surprise Bill, arbitration), log defects, support fixes, and ensure regulatory and operational readiness including HIPAA compliance.

Lead and manage the Arbitration/Dispute Resolution department, overseeing staff, policies, budgets, client relationships, compliance (HIPAA), performance metrics, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination to meet service and quality standards.
