Investigates and resolves unauthorized EFT disputes under Regulation E, reviewing records, interviewing customers, contacting merchants, evaluating liability, requesting chargebacks, escalating eligible cases to pre-arbitration, and documenting decisions. The role requires meeting daily productivity goals, maintaining regulatory and policy compliance, handling customer inquiries, and working accurately with minimal supervision. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and pass a background investigation.

Provide legal counsel to the bank: review and negotiate third-party contracts, coordinate regulatory and compliance advice, oversee outside counsel and legal responses, support examinations, and assist General Counsel with legal and compliance matters.

Support daily office finance tasks including monthly reconciliations, invoice review, report processing, filing, phones, event coordination, and general administrative duties.

Evaluate and underwrite small commercial and consumer loan requests, analyze financial statements and tax returns, monitor ongoing credit risk and covenant compliance, order appraisals, document credit assessments, research borrower industries, identify risks and mitigation, and assist with special projects.

Administer and support accounting systems; design queries, dashboards, and reports; lead implementations, upgrades, and configurations for Concur, Oracle ARCS/FCCS, and Prologue; manage SharePoint, create documentation and training, and drive process improvements and automation to support the Accounting Department.
