Supervise warehouse associates and temporary workers during an overnight shift. Responsibilities include assigning work, ensuring safety and GMP compliance, monitoring shipments, inventory, productivity, and quality, investigating accidents, coaching staff, maintaining attendance and payroll records, coordinating vacations, resolving concerns, and reporting results to management. The role supports customer satisfaction and continuous operational improvement in a food-grade warehouse.

Manages all aspects of a high-volume 3PL supply chain operation across distribution, warehousing, packaging, and transportation. Oversees performance, safety, customer relationships, continuous improvement, associate development, staffing, labor costs, compliance, budgets, and P&L. Establishes operational goals, monitors quality and productivity metrics, prepares reports, addresses root causes, and ensures customer and company requirements are met.

Manage multi-site 3PL supply chain operations spanning warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation. Oversee performance, safety, customer relations, continuous improvement, staffing, labor costs, compliance, budgets, and P&L. Develop operational goals, monitor quality and productivity, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, prepare reports, and support associate development. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call coverage, plus 10–15% travel.

Partner with operations leaders as an on-site HRBP to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy compliance, and engagement initiatives. Use HRIS data to drive decisions, support safety and compliance, coach managers, and manage high-volume hourly and salaried workforce needs.

Design and deliver warehouse, eCommerce, packaging, and distribution solutions from RFI/RFP through handoff. Create facility layouts, process flows, pricing, financial models, and ROI analyses. Evaluate automation (AMR/AGV, AutoStore/ASRS, sorters), run time studies, capacity modeling, and pilot emerging tech (simulation, FlexSim, digital twins). Collaborate cross-functionally and vendors to implement continuous improvement and ensure safety and compliance.

Lead design and improvement of warehouse and packaging operations across multiple sites. Perform time studies, analytics, layout design, and automation proposals; develop KPIs, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps. Partner with operations, finance, and vendors to validate productivity, drive cost savings, and ensure safety and compliance.

Lead and coach front-line warehouse teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer service goals. Manage daily operations, staffing, metrics, WMS-driven workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment.

Serve as on-site HR Business Partner supporting operations leaders with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy compliance, HRIS reporting, culture and engagement initiatives, and safety enforcement. Provide strategic HR guidance, handle complex employee issues, lead high-volume recruitment and development, and support site-level HR metrics and reporting.

Manage employee communications and engagement (50%) and administer total rewards programs (50%), including benefits, leave (FMLA/ADA), compensation support, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Manage the help desk team to provide technical support, ensure service level agreements are met, and improve customer satisfaction.
