The Operations Manager oversees supply chain operations, focusing on performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, and team development across multiple sites.

Manage multi-site supply chain operations including distribution, packaging, transportation, safety, P&L, staffing, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, performance reporting, and associate development. Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while overseeing budgets, labor, and operational metrics.

The Operations Supervisor manages team workflows, ensures safety and efficiency, coaches staff, and serves as a link to upper management.

Supervise warehouse operations, assign tasks, coach associates, ensure safety/GMP compliance, monitor productivity and inventory, investigate incidents, coordinate payroll/time-off, and communicate with management to meet customer service goals.

Partner with operations leaders as an on-site HRBP to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy compliance, and engagement initiatives. Use HRIS data to drive decisions, support safety and compliance, coach managers, and manage high-volume hourly and salaried workforce needs.

Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, clamp, sit/stand trucks) to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products in a distribution center. Maintain equipment, inspect daily, follow OSHA and site safety/GMP practices, ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments, assist inventories, coordinate with other departments, and perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Lead and deliver onboarding and operational training for warehouse associates. Administer LMS, develop training materials and SOPs, coach site trainers, track completion and metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and support multi-site training initiatives.

Lead R&D and solution design for North American supply chain operations. Develop scalable engineering, automation, and continuous improvement strategies; oversee RFQ/RFI lifecycle, labor modeling, facility layout, capacity planning, and network design. Drive commercial support, budgeting, project governance, and build a high-performing engineering team while partnering with Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, and executive leadership.

Design and deliver warehouse, eCommerce, packaging, and distribution solutions from RFI/RFP through handoff. Create facility layouts, process flows, pricing, financial models, and ROI analyses. Evaluate automation (AMR/AGV, AutoStore/ASRS, sorters), run time studies, capacity modeling, and pilot emerging tech (simulation, FlexSim, digital twins). Collaborate cross-functionally and vendors to implement continuous improvement and ensure safety and compliance.
