The role involves owning the MarTech vision and platforms to optimize digital customer journeys, evaluate technologies, and manage data-driven strategies to enhance marketing performance.

Provide commercial and technology contracting counsel across SaaS, software, data, vendor, and professional services agreements. Partner with privacy/security and procurement to manage third-party risk, develop templates/playbooks, improve contracting workflows and CLM usage, train stakeholders, and manage outside counsel to close deals efficiently.

Lead commercial data and analytics to enable sales effectiveness via CRM (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics); deliver behavioral insights, improve client relationship data integrity, develop measurement and data sources, partner with business and tech teams, and build and coach a high-performing team of business analysts.

The role involves business development, client acquisition, servicing portfolios, negotiating loan terms, overseeing loan closings, and ensuring compliance with credit policies. Additionally, it requires building external networks and cross-selling bank products.

Support relationship managers with client onboarding, KYC, and account setup for deposit/treasury and credit products. Coordinate with middle office, operations, compliance, and credit closing teams to manage documentation, quality checks, service requests, and regulatory requirements. Assist with data entry, client training on digital tools, and follow-up to resolve servicing issues.

Serve as primary liaison for loan transactions from approval to closing and life-of-loan servicing. Manage deal pipeline with Relationship Managers, coordinate closing documentation and due diligence, execute transaction processes, partner with operations for booking and reconciliations, ensure proper funding and ongoing loan activity processing, and communicate issues to lenders and internal stakeholders.

Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation, and execution for club and syndicated loan transactions. Build and maintain investor and bank relationships, analyze deal terms and market appetite, coordinate due diligence and closings with internal teams, prepare senior-level presentations, monitor portfolio performance, and provide market intelligence. Manage and mentor deal teams to deliver transactions efficiently.

The Credit Risk Manager underwrites transactions, mitigates lending risks, and oversees compliance while interacting with clients and preparing reports.

Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis for Deposit Operations projects. Define acceptance criteria, design and execute testing/UAT, analyze operational/client data, build reports and dashboards, and drive process improvements and automation in collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations stakeholders.

The Sales Assistant will support relationship managers with client onboarding, documentation, compliance tracking, and customer service in banking activities.
