Short-term senior content creator and video editor to direct phone-shot social content, attend client shoot days, and produce platform-native short-form edits (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) using Premiere Pro/CapCut. Responsible for pacing, hooks, captions, graphics, sound, trend-driven ideation, rapid editing across versions, and mentoring juniors during a two-month contract or freelance engagement.

Create and edit TikTok- and Instagram-first social content (shooting and editing), pitch platform-native ideas, execute studio/location shoots, support senior creatives, iterate quickly on feedback, and collaborate across teams to deliver premium food & beverage brand content.

Lead North American commercial strategy and P&L for new business revenue, build and scale the commercial team and partnerships, cultivate C-suite relationships, drive major pitches and negotiations, represent NewGen publicly, and deliver rapid pipeline and closed revenue within the first quarters.

Lead social strategy and platform direction across seven channels, build processes and approval flows, enforce brand and compliance guardrails, run performance reporting and experiments, and drive community-first content (UGC, trends, AMAs, Discord activations). Part-time role (10–15 hours/week) focused on strategic direction rather than content execution.
