Lead the architecture and production development of Picnic’s agentic grocery-shopping assistant. Build multi-turn conversational AI systems using open-weight LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, context management, and orchestration. Establish evaluation, monitoring, safety, reliability, fallback, and cost-efficiency patterns while mentoring engineers and guiding technical strategy across teams.

The People Partner advises leaders and supports approximately 75 employees across performance management, talent staffing, onboarding, development, rotations, retention, and organizational planning. The role drives people-related projects, improves HR programs, provides data-informed guidance, coaches leadership, manages stakeholder relationships, and handles documentation related to development agreements, contracts, and compensation.

Own daily fulfillment-area performance across safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs. Lead teams and shifts, supervise floor operations, manage incidents and planning escalations, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
