Lead end-to-end customer implementations of an AI agent platform: discover workflows, design solutions, create detailed project plans, coordinate engineering and stakeholders, execute go-lives, and drive early adoption and handoff while troubleshooting and communicating trade-offs.

Lead and own platform architecture and standards across backend services and infrastructure. Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and developer experience.
