The Community Manager will lead Peec's community strategy in Berlin, manage events and partnerships, and drive brand presence, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact.

Own Peec's Berlin event and community strategy: plan and execute high-quality events and brand activations, build and scale an Ambassador Program, lead conference presence end-to-end, manage vendors/budgets/logistics, form partnerships, and work with Growth and Marketing to drive brand, pipeline, and long-term community equity.

Work directly with founders on sales, growth, and customer success. Build sales playbook, find new revenue, create product/growth content and launches, design internal processes, support recruiting, and solve undefined operational problems to drive rapid company growth.
