The Knowledge Management Attorney will develop strategies for practice management, create knowledge resources, and enhance client service delivery using technology and AI.

Support, maintain, and enhance the firm's Microsoft SQL Server environments and related applications. Perform installations, upgrades, performance tuning, backups, disaster recovery, BI development, data integrations, and provide technical support to application owners and a geographically dispersed organization.

Senior-level SQL Server engineer responsible for administering and optimizing enterprise SQL Server environments, managing iManage DMS, building data integrations, developing Power BI/SSRS reports, resolving incidents, performing installations/upgrades, participating in on-call support, and providing technical guidance to IS staff and vendors while independently managing projects and ticket queues.

Support corporate attorneys with transactional and governance work: organize diligence and closing files, prepare execution/signature packets, maintain minute books and stock records, coordinate filings and document retrieval, research public records, draft corporate documents, track billable time, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Support legal recruiting, HR onboarding, and office administration for Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, travel, and the Summer Associate Program; manage onboarding, HRIS records, status changes, benefits inquiries, and routine HR tasks. Provide general administrative support and event coordination to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsible for processing and producing legal documents, utilizing firm applications, ensuring adherence to standards, and maintaining confidentiality of client matters.

Lead and manage the firm's client experience and events strategy, ensuring client satisfaction and effective budgeting while mentoring a team.

Serve as regional technical lead and senior escalation for desktop, mobile, and conference technologies. Provide advanced troubleshooting, hands-on resolution, Zoom/AV support, laptop provisioning, MDM (Intune), document access, and ticketing. Distribute work, mentor team members, support onboarding/offboarding, identify process improvements, and collaborate across offices to ensure consistent support and clear user communication.

Assist in tax preparation, oversee audits, manage foreign tax reporting, supervise tax staff, and communicate tax information to partners.

Provide high-level administrative and technical support to attorneys: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle high-volume phone and client interactions, prepare and proofread legal documents, enter time via 3E, perform internet research, and maintain paper and electronic files.
