Partners with operations, HR, and IT to scale training, reduce new-hire productivity ramp time, maintain ISO compliance, measure effectiveness, and implement improvements. Manages training calendars, milestones, external resources, and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Provides hands-on service desk and end-user IT support in office and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, installing and upgrading computers, managing user accounts and tickets, maintaining equipment inventories, troubleshooting printers and phones, training employees, documenting procedures, and supporting network and software applications.
