Support CRM campaign execution and onboarding across brands: build, test, deploy email/push/in-app campaigns in Braze; QA personalization, segmentation, and deliverability; maintain calendars and documentation; collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing; and support reporting and issue triage.

Own end-to-end SEO and website as a unified acquisition channel: build SEO strategy and keyword mapping, run technical SEO audits, develop content briefs, execute link acquisition, and lead CRO experiments. Partner with Design, Engineering, and BI to implement web improvements, ensure tracking and site health, and report on organic sessions, rankings, and conversion-attributed FTDs to drive acquisition outcomes.

Lead creative direction and set visual standards for B2C marketing. Design and execute campaign creative across digital formats, maintain brand identity and design system, provide creative guidance to designers, iterate based on performance, and manage external partners when needed.
