Lead technical direction and day-to-day engineering operations for a community web platform. Hands-on full-stack work driving architecture, code standards, reviews, monitoring and AI tooling. Run agile processes, translate product requirements into tickets, collaborate with Product, report roadmap progress, estimate delivery, and mentor/align a distributed engineering team.

Lead and scale Endless Creator Clubs across founding college campuses: be onsite to support and fix club operations, recruit and coach campus leaders, run two flagship events, manage a part-time team, build the recruitment engine and budget, and represent the program to universities and partners.
