Handles inbound and outbound customer communications, researches and resolves mortgage servicing issues, provides status updates, processes correspondence, updates servicing records, and completes system tasks. Collaborates with branch personnel, internal departments, insurance companies, vendors, and business partners while maintaining compliance with mortgage servicing requirements. Supports team objectives and special projects.

Supports loan officers by preparing and reviewing mortgage loan files, collecting documentation, resolving missing conditions, pre-qualifying customers through automated underwriting systems, and coordinating appraisals, insurance, escrow, processors, title companies, and closings. Provides customer service, maintains loan databases, assists with marketing campaigns, and performs administrative tasks. Requires mortgage lending or related sales experience, retail loan origination knowledge, Encompass experience, and familiarity with major loan programs and mortgage regulations.
