Serve as subject matter expert for ITAR/EAR, USTR filings, denied party screening, and export licensing while partnering with Finance and Procurement to mitigate tariff exposure.

Develop, qualify, and optimize Inconel LPBF manufacturing processes for high-volume production. Lead process development from print parameterization through production release, troubleshoot production issues, analyze manufacturing data, implement DOE/SPC-driven improvements, create process documentation, support equipment commissioning and IQ/OQ, drive continuous improvement (OEE, yield), and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
