Build and grow customer accounts through retention, expansion, prospecting, and new business development. The role manages client relationships, resolves issues, supports employee and client satisfaction, audits HR documentation, ensures compliance with Egyptian employment law and Collective Agreements, collaborates with global teams and providers, and assists with team training.

Manage end-to-end global immigration and mobility cases, including eligibility assessments, documentation, submissions, government coordination, permit tracking, and case completion. Advise corporate clients and candidates on immigration regulations, policies, timelines, and compliance, particularly across Middle Eastern markets. Maintain accurate records, monitor visa expirations, coordinate onboarding with internal teams and service providers, support client satisfaction, update immigration knowledge resources, and lead process improvements and cross-functional compliance projects.

Build full-stack features for Pebl’s conversational AI assistant, with primary ownership of frontend UX. Design streaming responses, recovery and fallback states, dynamic interfaces, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows. Apply LLM patterns, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation, and observability. Develop TypeScript and React interfaces, support backend API contracts, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical and design reviews.

Build and lead frontend-focused full-stack features for Pebl’s conversational AI assistant. Design polished AI-native experiences involving streaming responses, dynamic interfaces, error recovery, fallback states, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop interactions. Develop TypeScript and React frontend components, backend APIs, and integrations supporting agentic workflows. Apply prompt design, evaluation, observability, and troubleshooting to improve AI behavior. Mentor engineers, participate in technical reviews, and deliver high-quality products through rapid iteration.

Sell Pebl's global employment platform across Southeast Asia from Singapore. Own full sales cycles, build and grow accounts, prospect strategically, exceed revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent product and regional market insights to drive expansion with Chinese-speaking clients.

Process deal transactions from signed contract to employee onboarding: enter and validate data, create employee records, handle routine contract updates, keep ticket notes current, and coordinate with Sales and Onboarding to resolve exceptions per documented playbooks.

Lead GTM analytics and revenue operations by analyzing campaign, funnel, pipeline, and attribution performance; building dashboards; optimizing marketing technology and data quality; improving lead management, routing, scoring, and sales handoffs; and establishing scalable workflows and governance. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to support forecasting, planning, leadership reporting, and data-driven revenue growth.

Own and scale Pebl’s account-based marketing and demand generation engine. Build three-tier ABM programs, manage target account lists, optimize paid media budgets, develop full-funnel content, align Sales and RevOps, and report account-level pipeline influence. The role leads vertical pilots, competitive intelligence, attribution reporting, creative testing, and the transition from MQL-focused metrics to revenue-based account KPIs.
