What Makes You a Great Fit

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for supported employees and clients in Egypt. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide expert guidance on HR-related matters. You will manage HR data and records, support client and employee needs, and ensure processes remain compliant with local employment laws and applicable Collective Agreements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, approachable, and comfortable working across global internal teams and external service providers. Success in this role requires a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve potential issues effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, partnering closely with global internal teams, including Immigration and Payroll, as well as external service providers.

  • Provide expert-level support to clients by managing queries and advising on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters.

  • Manage client relationships in partnership with members of the Client Services team.

  • Drive employee satisfaction by providing sincere, responsive, and customer-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Drive client satisfaction by supporting quick onboarding timelines and consistently maintaining established resolution time SLAs.

  • Manage and audit HR records, including personal information, onboarding and offboarding documentation, personal documents, contracts, and job-specific information.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment law throughout HR processes and notify the appropriate points of contact when corrective action is required.

  • Maintain awareness of applicable Collective Agreements and partner with the appropriate teams to ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams requiring regional expertise, including Knowledge Base maintenance and Product Development.

  • Anticipate and identify potential issues, support root cause analysis, and partner with relevant teams to ensure appropriate resolution.

  • Assist in training new members of the team and contribute to other areas of the business as assigned.

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.

  • Have 4–6 years of regional Human Resources experience in Egypt.

  • Have business proficiency in English and Arabic.

  • Have advanced knowledge of employment law and an understanding of local HR requirements.

  • Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly assimilate information.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Are technology-literate, including experience with Google and Microsoft Office suites.

  • Have strong conflict handling and resolution skills.

  • Bring a friendly, professional, empathetic, and approachable demeanor to employee and client interactions.

  • Are attentive, honest, organized, and committed to consistently delivering a high level of service.

  • Have an interest in international business and working effectively in a global environment.

  • Nice to have: Previous experience working within an EOR or HR Outsourcing environment.

  • Nice to have: Previous experience working with CRM systems.
