Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations across Financials, HCM, Payroll, Planning, and related systems. Build integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, connectors, APIs, SFTP, XML, and transformation technologies. Resolve production incidents, validate data and reports, support security and business processes, and improve reliability and monitoring. Coordinate migrations, testing, releases, deployments, documentation, and ITIL/ITSM processes while partnering with business, technical, vendor, and implementation teams.

Lead complex enterprise HCM programs involving UKG and Workday, overseeing implementation plans, integrations, reporting, testing, governance, risks, budgets, cutover, operational readiness, and stabilization. Partner with HR, payroll, finance, technology teams, vendors, and executives to align priorities, resolve issues, improve processes, and drive adoption. Prepare executive reporting and maintain program standards across multiple workstreams.

Manage the payroll workstream across UKG and Workday HCM initiatives. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, requirements, configuration coordination, integrations, testing, data validation, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, cutover, readiness, training, adoption, transition, and stabilization. The role partners with payroll, HR, finance, IT, vendors, and senior leaders while maintaining project documentation, dashboards, governance routines, and compliance standards.

Manage Latin American regional strategy, membership acquisition and retention, chapter engagement, events, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships. Conduct market research, coordinate programs and vendors, support localized campaigns, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements. The role focuses on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile and requires Spanish proficiency, cross-cultural relationship management, and independent execution across multiple projects.
