Lead Lovable's enterprise and strategic accounts motion: source and close seven- and eight-figure deals, hire and coach strategic AEs, build account plans, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, and establish Lovable as the platform of choice for large enterprises.

Own product strategy and roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity across Lovable. Define standards-based primitives (users, orgs, roles, permissions, policies, sessions), partner with engineering to build a multi-tenant identity service, shape experiences for builders and end users, and enable programmatic access via API/CLI/SDK while considering AI agents and scale.

Partner with the Partnerships team to build deal economics, model pricing and revenue-share structures, operationalize contract-to-cash workflows, and create dashboards and governance. Support negotiation, onboarding, billing, and automate partner analysis using AI and data tools.

Own end-to-end sourcing and closing of seven- and eight-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 customers. Build account plans, run executive discovery and demos, navigate multi-threaded buying committees, create ROI-driven business cases, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and help shape the strategic accounts playbook and GTM motion.

Lead the Lovable agent product, focusing on quality, user feedback, and roadmap management. Drive product discovery and enhancements for agent capabilities.

Lead Lovable's always-on virtual communities (Discord 100k+, Reddit, Facebook), run 2-3 weekly live programs, own moderation systems and volunteer leader programs, manage recording and CRM pipelines, surface community feedback to product and marketing, track community health metrics, and coordinate cross-timezone operations and regular travel.

Embed with Engineering, Product, and Design as a strategic HR partner. Advise on org design, headcount planning, performance cycles, employee relations, manager coaching, and implement AI-enabled people operations to scale a high-growth developer-focused company across Stockholm and London.

Lead and develop a regional People Ops team and own HRIS (HiBob), payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle workflows across jurisdictions. Design scalable processes, documentation, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled self-service while enforcing privacy, access controls, and audit-ready controls for a fast-growing, AI-native company.

Own global mobility, immigration, and relocation end-to-end across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. Design policy and frameworks, manage vendors, provide direct employee and family support for cross-border moves, and build AI-native systems and metrics to scale operations.

Provide hands-on IT support and own device lifecycle (procurement, provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning). Triage and resolve hardware/software tickets, automate repetitive support with AI and scripting, track hardware inventory, support on-site events and AV, and partner with Security to maintain a smooth developer experience.
