Responsibilities include presales support, territory and market analysis, sales funnel generation, proposal and offer preparation, distributor inquiry management in Siebel CRM, customer presentations, joint marketing visits, and contract discussions. The trainee will develop product expertise, support internal sales teams and distributors, conduct market research, and monitor business progress while maintaining safety, ethics, and compliance standards.

Drive business growth for industrial crane training, fieldbus hardware, remote data services, app subscriptions, and technology integrations. Build distributor and customer relationships, achieve revenue targets, conduct product demonstrations and consultations, respond to RFPs, and coordinate strategic opportunities. Develop and manage modular training programs across live, on-demand, self-paced, and system-based channels. Create technical marketing content, manage training budgets, and report on territory sales and subscription performance.

Develops new agreement-based service business by targeting accounts, preparing sales offers, conducting calls and visits, managing CRM funnels, meeting monthly sales quotas, supporting renewals, and referring opportunities to other sales teams. The role also assists with customer relations and collections. Requires strong communication, PC skills, sales experience, leadership, and a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.

Supports sourcing, RFQs, supplier coordination, purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Follows up on deliveries, closes PRs and POs on schedule, collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams, and assists with vendor evaluation, cost optimization, and market pricing analysis. Supplier visits and awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects for ports and logistics clients. Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and high quality; communicate with stakeholders; remove blockers; coordinate cross-functional teams; apply appropriate project methodologies; drive continuous improvement and embed lessons learned.

Manage accounting operations including financial reporting, forecasts, GL reconciliations, cost and margin analysis, budgeting, controls, and oversight of factory A/P and payroll. Supervise accounting staff and ensure GAAP compliance and accurate unit financial results.
