Manage post-pilot enterprise customer accounts, drive expansion through strategic use case identification, and collaborate cross-functionally for customer success and transformation.

Design and implement polished, production-ready front-end experiences and design systems in code. Own social engagement, community presence, and content distribution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, newsletters, creator partnerships, and event amplification. Build authentic community conversation, repurpose long-form content, run experiments, measure growth, and operate independently while aligning to brand voice and AI-native tooling.

Own InstaLILY's events program end-to-end: plan hosted summits, dinners, mixers, and conference presence; manage vendors, venues, registration platforms, invite lists, and budgets; partner with Brand & Content and Women in AI; track event ROI and pipeline impact; coordinate post-event follow-up and on-site execution.

Develop and maintain InstaLILY's AI agents platform, collaborate with product/design/growth and enterprise stakeholders, ship customer-facing features, ensure reliability via testing and CI/CD, and iterate on feedback while staying current on AI trends.

Coordinate day-to-day internal operations, scheduling, and office management for the London office. Plan and host branded events, manage vendor and guest logistics, support hiring coordination and onboarding, maintain shared calendars and documentation, and enable leadership team execution through precise communication and follow-up tracking.

Build and run the GTM engine: design and iterate outbound experiments, build ICP scoring and intent pipelines, own prospecting/enrichment stack, automate CRM data integrity, extend AI-native workflows for reps, and deliver dashboards tying activity to ARR.
