Design, develop, customize and troubleshoot SAP solutions using ABAP and SAPUI5/Fiori. Produce technical designs, unit tests, and interfaces; collaborate with functional consultants and multiple teams to deliver end-to-end SAP implementations.

Trainee will complete a structured SAP S/4HANA Cloud program covering FI, MM, SD and Joule AI, with hands-on labs using SAP Fiori, sandbox environments, SAP Activate methodology, basic BTP integrations, mock Fit-to-Standard workshops, testing simulations, and regular evaluations and mentoring.

Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning implementations including budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. Design and configure SAC planning models, develop data actions/allocations/formulas, build dashboards and input forms with Analytics Designer/JavaScript, and integrate SAC with S/4HANA, Datasphere, or BW/4HANA. Facilitate workshops, manage planning workflows, support scenario/what-if analysis, participate in global template rollouts, and provide post-go-live support.

Implement and configure SAP Grant Management, integrate GM with SAP FICO (FI/CO), support testing and month/year-end closings, train users, maintain documentation, and optimize grant workflows and reporting.

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations for Singapore clients. Gather requirements, design solutions, oversee technical/functional realization, testing, deployment, support, and rollout while liaising with clients and regional COE teams.

Participate in a structured trainee program to learn configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance, LMS, Compensation). Gain hands-on experience with MDF, workflows, business rules, event triggers, permission models, and basic SAP BTP integrations through sandbox exercises and coached feedback.

Design, configure, and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management implementations. Lead requirement workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, configure forms and goal plans, manage testing, data migration, UAT support, training, and post-go-live optimization. Ensure integration with Employee Central and other modules, follow SAP Activate methodology, and recommend product improvements.

Lead and execute full SAP FICO project lifecycle: design, configuration, functional specs, testing, data migration, master data standards, integration with other modules, and post-go-live support while interfacing with MNC clients.

Lead SAP MM implementations by designing, configuring, and customizing SAP MM solutions; conduct client workshops and demos; gather and analyze requirements; integrate MM with other SAP modules; manage project tasks and timelines; troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Design, develop, test and deploy Blue Prism RPA automations. Gather and document BRDs/SDDs, perform end-to-end testing, provide L1-L3 support, troubleshoot root causes, and deliver client-facing process automation and training across onsite and remote engagements.
