Design, develop, optimize, and maintain Linux-based embedded software for hardware platforms. Develop and validate image quality for home security cameras across varied lighting and environments. Collaborate with embedded software and hardware teams, interpret feature requirements, conduct laboratory testing, evaluate performance metrics, and provide feedback to software engineers. The role may involve image processing, objective image quality assessment, camera technologies, sensors, optics, illumination, and Python programming.

Design and lead the evolution of machine learning inference platforms for embedded and host environments. Responsibilities include model profiling and conversion, hardware bring-up, distributed inference optimization, resource management for constrained devices, testing framework and CI/CD architecture, automated hardware testing, production monitoring, technical reviews, cross-functional architecture decisions, mentoring, and technical debt reduction.

Own emerging products from concept validation through launch and continuous improvement. Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, positioning, pricing, monetization, and go-to-market plans. Evaluate product ideas, validate customer and market opportunities, support partnerships and co-selling, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executives to prioritize work, align stakeholders, and drive commercial success.

Develop motion detection features in Cloud and Edge environments, focusing on machine learning algorithms, dataset analysis, and model optimization. Collaborate across departments and mentor junior colleagues.
