Oversee end-to-end programs for ports and borders, including civil works, product delivery, installation, testing, training, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality, risk, compliance, and customer requirements. Lead sourcing for NPI projects: select and manage suppliers, drive cost and quality targets, align with engineering, deliver KPIs, and support global cross-functional execution. Up to 20% travel.

Lead global sustainability and ESG programmes, ensure product environmental compliance (REACH, RoHS, SCIP, Conflict Minerals), manage supplier declarations and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), drive ESG reporting (CDP, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB), and embed sustainability governance across operations, engineering, procurement and supply chain.

Monitor SIEM, EDR, and other security tools; investigate and triage alerts; respond to incidents; analyze logs and telemetry for indicators of compromise; escalate confirmed incidents; support containment, eradication, and recovery; apply threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK; document investigations; and contribute to vulnerability management and threat hunting in an on-call or shift-based SOC environment.

Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, drive retention, cross-sell and upsell, own order-to-delivery process, negotiate contracts, produce sales analysis and KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, resolve client issues, and travel domestically up to 50%. Role requires TSA vetting/SSI access and federal background checks.

Designs and develops tooling, fixtures, machine components, prototypes, and automation-support equipment. Creates CAD models, drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and vendor packages; performs engineering checks; supports fabrication, installation, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and production handoff. Collaborates with controls, electrical, production, suppliers, and fabrication partners to improve safety, quality, throughput, reliability, cost, and maintainability across manufacturing sites.
