Conduct market analyses of energy transition segments (LNG, nuclear, bioenergy, renewables, storage), build market and financial models, assess competitors, support strategic planning, M&A evaluation, and share market intelligence across Strategy, Portfolio, Sales, and R&D teams to inform business decisions and execution.

Provide application and engineering support for mechanical seals and rotating equipment: prepare drawing office requests, create CAD proposal drawings, perform calculations, generate proposals/specifications, support Sales and Service teams, manage ECNs and fabricated parts, and maintain records in iProjects and Lean Kit.

Lead and develop the engineering team, provide senior technical support and field troubleshooting, perform failure analysis and engineering proposals, manage KPIs, recruitment, performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement and governance across the Oceania region.
