Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for writing, technology, and collaboration? We are looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic Bid & Proposal team and support strategic opportunities across global markets.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing compelling, customer-focused proposals that showcase our innovative security and digital solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to winning bids, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in cybersecurity, digital networking, aviation security, and border management solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the end-to-end bid and proposal development lifecycle for opportunities across international markets.
  • Prepare, compile, format, and deliver high-quality proposal documents while ensuring version control and submission deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Bid Managers, Sales Leads, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to gather, structure, and present compelling technical and commercial content.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, compliant, and persuasive proposal responses with a focus on digital networking and security solutions.
  • Perform proofreading, editing, and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all proposal materials.
  • Manage proposal documentation, maintain version histories, and support document control processes using SharePoint and other document management systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, governance frameworks, and reusable content libraries.
  • Assist with proposal planning, scheduling, and workflow management through established bid management tools and platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies including cybersecurity, networking, digital integration, aviation security, and ports & borders screening solutions.
  • Support proposal scoping activities to ensure alignment with customer expectations, business objectives, and commercial goals.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment with bid requirements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent bids while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting demanding deadlines.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, Electronics.
  • 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid support, technical writing, or a similar role preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, digital networking concepts, TCP/IP, network infrastructure, connectivity, and digital transformation.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and partners to support bid and proposal activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using SharePoint or other document management systems. Adobe FrameMaker, or proposal management tools would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of pricing models and commercial proposal structures is advantageous.
