Lead LTI’s People function and team while building leadership, succession, talent acquisition, career progression, compensation, benefits, and organizational systems. Oversee employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, HR technology, and multi-state practices. The Director of Kanbrick Community will expand the business builder community by connecting with CEOs, fostering relationships, and collaborating across the team to enable long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include engaging with values-aligned leaders, sharing Kanbrick's story, and building systems to track relationship insights while traveling for events and meetings.
