Lead Growth. Build Operations. Shape the Future.

JM Test Systems is one of the fastest-growing providers of calibration, inspection, and testing services in North America. As we continue expanding through acquisitions and new site launches, we're looking for an Operational Integration Manager to help build what comes next.

This is more than a project management role, it's an opportunity to shape how a growing organization integrates new businesses, scales operations, and creates consistency across multiple locations. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, leading change, and building systems that improve how organizations operate, this role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear path toward senior operational leadership.

What You'll Do:

Lead Business Integrations

  • Manage end-to-end integration of newly acquired companies from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate integration across operations, people, systems, inventory, and processes.
  • Partner with local leaders to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
  • Develop standardized playbooks that make every future integration faster and more effective.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Standardize workflows, processes, and best practices across locations.
  • Implement scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Help establish operational discipline during periods of rapid growth.

Lead Change

  • Build credibility quickly with frontline employees and leadership teams.
  • Communicate the purpose behind operational changes to gain buy-in and adoption.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration without relying on direct authority.
  • Serve as a trusted partner during periods of organizational change.

Improve Visibility Through Data

  • Support implementation and adoption of operational systems, ERP platforms, and inventory tools.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs and operational dashboards.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend actions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.

What Makes You Successful:

We're looking for someone who enjoys building structure where it doesn't yet exist.

You thrive when:

  • Leading complex projects involving multiple teams.
  • Turning ambiguity into clear execution plans.
  • Building relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Traveling to sites and becoming a trusted operational partner.
