Integrate hardware and software, qualify product configurations, assess system health, diagnose and resolve issues, document procedures, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to customer sites (~20%).

Lead and grow the software QA organization, define QA strategy and KPIs, oversee functional/integration/system/regression/equipment-interface testing, drive test automation adoption (UI, API, system), and establish CI/CD quality gates and automated pipelines.

Lead NPD software engineering for semiconductor capital equipment, owning strategy, architecture, execution, quality, and cross-functional delivery. Manage hardware/software integration, CI/CD, automated testing, defect management, and cybersecurity readiness. Build and mentor global teams, run design and architecture reviews, drive reliability and platform reuse, and communicate status and risks to senior leadership through product release and field introduction.

Lead customer-facing deployment and adoption of advanced semiconductor inspection/metrology solutions. Drive beta and head-to-head evaluations, define SOWs/JEPs, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and field teams, and deliver technical insights to improve yield and product adoption while supporting global customers.

Lead deployment and adoption of Onto inspection and metrology solutions worldwide. Implement new tools/features at customer sites, drive betas/H2Hs/SOWs/JEPs, collaborate with product, engineering, sales and marketing, resolve high-urgency technical issues, capture requirements and deliver technical insights to improve yield and product adoption. Frequent travel and strong customer-facing skills required.

Lead field deployment and customer engagements for semiconductor inspection/metrology tools. Drive betas, head-to-heads, SOWs and product adoption while partnering with HQ product, engineering, sales and marketing. Diagnose customer processes, deliver technical solutions, provide requirements and insights for product roadmaps, and support global customers with up to 70% travel. Act as the primary technical liaison and ensure clear, data-driven communication and cross-functional execution.
