Lead PLM and configuration engineer owning Windchill PDM/PLM administration, part/lifecycle governance, PLM-ERP-CAD integration, ECO/ECN release processes, drawing/GD&T reviews, NPI support, best-practice training, and dashboards with Excel/Power BI.

Support sustaining and new-design mechanical and opto-mechanical subsystems for semiconductor metrology products. Tasks include component selection, CAD modeling, FEA, prototype build/test, fixture design, BOM/revision control, manufacturing documentation, supplier coordination, and compliance support. Interfaces with cross-functional engineering, operations, service, and supply chain teams. Occasional domestic and international travel.

Lead applications development for advanced semiconductor metrology: design and execute lab research, develop and document applications and BKMs, collaborate on X‑ray (CD‑SAXS) solutions, support complex measurement systems, publish/teach technical topics, and travel internationally to work with customers.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring client-server communication and supporting customer requirements in the semiconductor industry.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract roles in Taiwan: source candidates through multiple channels, manage applicant communications and databases, coordinate hiring manager feedback, execute offers and onboarding, and support ad hoc HR projects.

Provide on-site and remote applications support for AOI, CD/Overlay, 2D/3D metrology and inspection tools. Troubleshoot process integration, perform demonstrations and training, execute test plans, support installations and product evaluation, and feed technical and commercial feedback to sales and product teams. Significant travel and a temporary Dublin assignment required.
