Job Summary & Responsibilities
Onto Innovation is looking for a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist in Taiwan. This role provides an opportunity to partner with our business leaders and identify potential candidates for both permanent and contractor roles. You will manage candidates who respond to our advertising initiatives, providing feedback and keeping them informed throughout the recruiting process. You will also liaise with line managers to ensure feedback is provided on all CVs and interviews. Your ability to develop and maintain a candidate database will be vital in managing workflows.
• Identify potential candidates through diverse channels including online advertisements, referrals, networking, candidate databases, and proactive outreach.
• Handle both permanent and contract-based recruitment briefs.
• Ensure all vacancies are advertised internally and on external career platforms
• Oversee the offer process and execute onboarding process to provide positive employee experience.
• Participate in ad hoc project work as required.
Qualifications
